Getting ready for baby's arrival is a wild mix of excitement, jitters and bliss with a tiny dash of panic thrown in.  The goal of the Babies"R"Us Registry was to help parents make sense of it all, starting with a simplified registry process.

In 2016, I led the redesign of the Babies”R”Us Baby Registry, infusing all assets with the customer-focused “Be Prepared-ish” campaign. The relaunch saw an increase in registry creates by 1.3M, and added product value by 2%.
